促進大學生就業是學校、家長、畢業生和社會關注的熱點問題，解決好大學生就業既是以學生為本又是檢驗學生培養質量的重要標志之一。我以湖北經濟學院會展Q1041班畢業生就業工作為例，從全方位做好畢業生就I工作視角，分析總結我從事畢業生就業工作的主要做法和思考，以期對做好當前高校畢業生就業工作有所啟示。
二、班級概況
我于2012―2014年擔任湖北經濟學院旅游與酒店管理學院會展Q1041班主任。會展Q1041班共計33人，男生9人，女生24人。最終8人成功考上研究生繼續深造，25人順利就業，其中2人自主創業，13人在本專業內就業，2人在教育機構就業，1人在銀行就業，7人在其他行業靈活就業，就業率達100%。
三、具體做法
（一）針對學生職業意識形成和從業能力發展的不同階段，注重就業指導過程的全程性。由于大學生就業觀念的形成、對職業和社會的了解都需要一個過程，就業指導的任務之一是培養學生的從業能力。從業能力培養有賴于職業意識的形成，而職業意識的形成也要經過蒙困惑期、考察選擇期和適應發展期這樣一個漸進的過程。因此，就業指導工作不可一蹴而就，應該貫穿大學全過程，根據不同階段有所側重地進行教育引導。
剛開始接手會展Q1041班級，學生正處于大二下階段，我就指導學生進行職業生涯規劃教育和指導，通過邀請會展系系主任進行專業介紹、就業前景分析；會展Q0941班級優秀的專業實習生為本班學生全方位講解了專業實習和未來就業方向的相關問題。通過各種形式對全體學生進行各種形式的就業教育，幫助學生了解專業發展前景，樹立正確的擇業觀。
大三階段，一些學生在就業和升學兩種方向上會有分流，為了盡早為畢業各種出路做好準備，我充分利用晚講評的時間了解大家的就業意愿和升學深造意愿，為此在大三上學期一開學，我班專門成立了考研討論小組和就業互助小組，分別針對考研和就業的學生召開專題班會，在考研指導上做到事無巨細，為我班有意愿考研的學生做了詳細的講解和指導，從考研時間準備、學校選擇、各科復習方法、考研心態調整等諸多方面都有詳細的經驗介紹；針對畢業后直接就業的學生，我利用晚講評的學生詳細了解了我班就業學生的具體情況，按有無意愿從事本專業方向工作的標準進行了劃分，要求每位就業學生在大三有空的時候參加一場招聘會，提前體驗和感知就業氛圍，并向就業的學生講解現階段的就業政策和就業技巧。與此同時，建議我班所有學生參與旅游與酒店管理學院2013年舉辦的“優秀畢業生交流會”，通過交流會分別向考研成功和就業理想的學長學姐取經。
大四階段，實施與完善班委成員與學生黨員的引領與幫扶作用。考研學生處于考研備考關鍵階段和復試準備工作階段，就業學生很多忙于畢業實習，針對這一實際狀況，班級成立了由主要班委和學生黨員組成的幫扶小組，負責大四期間班級日常事務與考研、就業信息資源的共享，考研和外出畢業實習的學生有任何困難需要幫助的時候，主要班委和學生黨員永遠是他們堅強的后盾，為考研和在外的學生提供及時的幫助。與此同時，針對我們班考研人數較多的實際狀況，我充分利用自己的英語專業優勢，為我班所有考研進入復試的學生開展專業的英語復試指導，為每位復試學生親自指導復試時英語考核的流程與基本內容，為他們提供一整套英語復試資料，包括英語自我介紹、常見問題等；根據我以往考研復試的經驗，為進入復試的學生做了考研復試面試指導，從面試心態、常見面試問題回答技巧、專業學習規劃等方面做了細致的介紹，做到有的放矢，增強學生復習的針對性。根據我院成立了2014級考研復試調劑小組的實際狀況，積極為進入復試的學生聯絡可以提供幫助的院內老師，其中一位學生在學院領導的積極聯絡和幫助下，成功考入山東大學深造。
（二）堅持以提高綜合素質和實踐能力為中心，強化就業指導內容的全面性。社會發展對人才培養提出了更高的要求，除專業成績外，更注重學生的綜合素質和實踐能力。高校培養的畢業生不僅是求職者，還應該是具備綜合素質和實踐能力的高級人才。為進一步拓寬學生的知識面，加強綜合能力和人文素質培養，特別注重提高學生的創新能力、實踐能力、適應能力和創業能力。我從擔任會展Q1041班主任開始，多次鼓勵學生參加豐富多彩的學校實踐活動，如在大二至大三期間，我們班多位學生擔任學校和院系黨支部、學生會、各學生社團組織的主要負責人，鍛煉學生的管理和組織協調能力。學生就業指導工作應將素質教育滲透其中，將就業指導工作與高素質的人才培養體系結合起來，注重學生的全面發展。除加強對學生就業技巧的培訓外，更注重學生兩個能力的培養：一是適應職業需要的實踐能力的培養，如創造能力、決策能力、社交能力、操作能力和組織管理能力等；二是適應變化的自我發展能力的培養，同時也要培養他們具有團隊精神、敬業精神、創新精神和求知欲望。為此，充分利用學校鼓勵大學生自主創業的機會，鼓勵和培養學生的自主創業精神，使之逐漸成為就業崗位的開拓者和創造者。會展Q1041班最終有2名學生成功地實現了自主創業，開辦了一家以武俠主題為背景的主題餐廳，截至目前，餐廳運營狀況良好。
此外，極引導學生利用課外時間參與校級以上組織的學科競賽、課外學術、科技作品競賽及社會實踐活動，鼓勵學生參加學校各類社團活動，與此同時指導成立有學院專業特色的學生學科性社團：會展協會。并于2012年5月策劃、組織、實施舉辦了湖北經濟學院旅游與酒店管理學院第一屆會展策劃大賽，提高了學生的專業認可度和就業自信心，也充分鍛煉了學生的實踐動手能力。2013年6月，本班學生以會展協會為平臺，成功策劃了湖北經濟學院首屆“愛眼節”為主題的展覽會活動，活動的成功開展滿足了廣大學生自我鍛煉和培養專業興趣的迫切要求，最大限度地為學生提供了鍛煉的機會。此外，為了提高畢業生的就業能力，提供就業鍛煉機會，學院、會展系、班主任等積極為畢業生牽線搭橋、多方聯系實習單位，于2013年暑假圓滿組織了部分學生參與上海展覽會公司的實習，其他學生則充分利用武漢舉辦展覽會的機會參與實習，提前走向社會，參與實踐鍛煉，了解就業市場、專業課外活動的開展及社會實踐活動的開展，為大學生就業能力和綜合素質的培養創造良好的條件。
（三）圍繞就業影響因素的多重性，重視參與就業指導的全員性。影響大學生就業的因素有主體的，也有客體的，涉及學生、家庭、學校、社會等多個方面。為此，做好畢業生的就業指導工作和服務體系是一項集學校、學生、社會（用人單位）于一體的全方位、系統性工程，需要全社會的參與。充分了解我校的就業指導工作，我校逐步實現專門人員指導變為全員指導，形成由各級領導、輔導員、班主任、任課教師等全員參與的就業指導工作網絡，同時積極動員學生家長、校友、友好撾徊斡胙生就業指導工作，通過政策的詳細了解，更具體有針對性地指導本班學生順利就業。

（四）全方位做好畢業生的就業工作，以及就業困難學生的精準幫扶工作。隨著高校畢業生就業總量壓力持續加大，供需不匹配的結構性矛盾依然突出，就業形勢更為復雜、任務更加艱巨。為進一步提高畢業生的就業質量和就業率，就業困難學生的精準幫扶顯得越來越重要。
要做好就業困難學生的精準幫扶工作，前提是摸清學生就業困難的原因。針對就業困難畢業生不同的就業困難類型，對他們開展“一對一”的精準幫扶。
1.針對家庭經濟困難的畢業生，我們在校期間通過學校勤工助學服務中心，為他們提供合適的志愿服務和勤工助學崗位。另外，針對家庭經濟困難的畢業生，還為這些學生積極爭取相應的經濟援助，如國家和學校有《關于做好高校畢業生一次性求職補貼發放工作的通知》的資助政策，幫助這些困難學生減少求職中的經濟顧慮，消除心理自卑，鼓勵他們積極主動地參加各類招聘會，獲取求職應聘的機會。

總之，針對就業困難的畢業生，要通過不斷完善幫扶方式，對困難畢業生優先提供個性化就業指導服務、優先提供就業信息、優先提供就業崗位、優先入駐大學生創新創業基地開展創業活動。要在畢業生離校前實現困難高校畢業生就業幫扶全覆蓋，千方百計地讓困難畢業生就業都能接受有質量的就業幫扶，幫助他們實現就業，阻斷貧困代際傳遞。
