編著者簡介
高玉美：副教授，博學(xué)律師，精通英語，擅長國際貿(mào)易、國際投資和海事海商等涉外法律事務(wù)。主要著述：《淺議跟單信用證制度的改革》、《化解公司僵局》、《法律英語術(shù)語》、《海事英語閱讀》(國際公約)、《歐盟的法律人格和締約能力》(Concluding an Agreement with the EU)等。主持過多項(xiàng)科研課題。
王剛：博學(xué)律師，高級(jí)合伙人，兼職教授，擅長金融投資、房地產(chǎn)等領(lǐng)域法律事務(wù)。主要著述：《法律基礎(chǔ)》、《網(wǎng)絡(luò)著作權(quán)保護(hù)》、《論判例的準(zhǔn)司法功能》等。
李自路：博學(xué)律師，精通英語、日語，有豐富的大型國企和外貿(mào)企業(yè)法律實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擅長國際貿(mào)易、公司法等領(lǐng)域法律事務(wù)。

到處在找英漢對照的資產(chǎn)并購協(xié)議和授權(quán)委托書范本，這本書里面正好都有，很好，很實(shí)用。初看了一下，這本書全部是中英文對照的法律文書，漢語及英語的文字很專業(yè)，水平挺高，可以好好學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)法律英語了。書后面附了光盤，里面的對照范本更多更全，書后還附了一個(gè)光盤的目錄，查起來也很方便。書加上光盤，性價(jià)比還可以。
