15.1 高鐵智能網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

15.1.1 高鐵項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介

首先看看關(guān)于"高鐵"的定義。國(guó)際通常將高速鐵路定義在時(shí)速200公里以上,我國(guó)的高鐵,即CRH(China Railway High-speed),時(shí)速也定義在200公里以上。另外,我國(guó)又增加了"客運(yùn)專線"的等級(jí),客運(yùn)專線是以客運(yùn)為主的快速鐵路,時(shí)速為200~350km/h。

高速鐵路不同于一般的鐵路系統(tǒng),是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)化、集成化的大型工程,僅通信部門就涉及到10多個(gè)子系統(tǒng),包括有線、數(shù)據(jù)、傳輸、調(diào)度、應(yīng)急通信、視頻監(jiān)控等。高鐵與普通鐵路或地鐵區(qū)別很大,例如地鐵通常時(shí)速在60公里左右,列車間隔在3分鐘左右,而高鐵時(shí)速可能達(dá)到300公里,但時(shí)間間隔可能與地鐵差不多,這就對(duì)高鐵的通信指揮系統(tǒng)提出了更高的要求,同時(shí),作為一個(gè)重要的輔助設(shè)施,對(duì)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)要求也非常高。

高鐵的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),要求采用先進(jìn)的視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù),基于鐵路系統(tǒng)的IP網(wǎng)絡(luò),構(gòu)建數(shù)字化、智能化、分布式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),滿足公安、安監(jiān)、客運(yùn)、調(diào)度、車務(wù)、機(jī)務(wù)、工務(wù)、電務(wù)、車輛、供電等業(yè)務(wù)部門及防災(zāi)監(jiān)控、救援搶險(xiǎn)和應(yīng)急管理等多種需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)視頻網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源和信息資源共享。

高鐵的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通常采用先進(jìn)的視頻編碼及視頻分析技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)低碼流下高清晰視頻圖像采集、編碼、傳輸、錄像、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)及自動(dòng)報(bào)警功能。指揮人員和警務(wù)人員通過(guò)自己工作區(qū)域內(nèi)的大屏幕或電腦工作站可清楚地了解轄區(qū)和全線車站、區(qū)間、橋梁、路基、機(jī)房等重點(diǎn)區(qū)段和設(shè)備的情況,并迅速、地處置突發(fā)事件。

1. 高鐵視頻監(jiān)控主要需求

n 路基、路口、橋梁、隧道、公跨鐵、咽喉區(qū)的視頻監(jiān)視,保障車輛安全運(yùn)行。

n 車站廣場(chǎng)、站臺(tái)、候車大廳、旅客通道等人流密集區(qū)域視頻監(jiān)視,了解旅客情況。

n 無(wú)人值守變電站等重要配電設(shè)備集中監(jiān)控,及時(shí)了解設(shè)備運(yùn)行情況。

高鐵視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)決定了"數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)"是好的選擇。通常,高鐵視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)分成三級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn),核心節(jié)點(diǎn)在鐵道部(或路局),有視頻監(jiān)控調(diào)用、匯總的需求;二級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)在各個(gè)路局/客專調(diào)度,主要為分散分布的網(wǎng)絡(luò)錄像機(jī)(NVR)、硬盤錄像機(jī)(DVR)、存儲(chǔ)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)設(shè)備,同時(shí)也有大屏監(jiān)控、網(wǎng)管、流媒體轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)等需求;三級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)為各個(gè)車段/站,負(fù)責(zé)視頻的前端采集、編碼等。

高鐵視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)層次結(jié)構(gòu)如圖15.1所示。

(1) 設(shè)備接入

n 視頻采集、接入設(shè)備主要是指各類攝像機(jī),一般機(jī)房監(jiān)控、客運(yùn)監(jiān)控等場(chǎng)所為室內(nèi)環(huán)境,可根據(jù)具體情況選擇安裝一體球型攝像機(jī)或固定攝像機(jī);而室外環(huán)境包括大橋、隧道、鐵路沿線等,通常環(huán)境非常惡劣,自然現(xiàn)象風(fēng)、霜、雨、雪及高速列車帶來(lái)的巨大震動(dòng)等因素,都對(duì)攝像機(jī)質(zhì)量、工藝、安裝方式提出了嚴(yán)格的要求,遠(yuǎn)距離信號(hào)一般采用光纖傳輸。

(2) 三級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)

在各個(gè)站點(diǎn),車輛段,安裝部署編碼器、硬盤錄像機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)視頻的編碼壓縮和部分本地存儲(chǔ)功能。由于前端設(shè)備分布廣,因此系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性是及時(shí)要素,系統(tǒng)的不穩(wěn)定將會(huì)給后期維護(hù)工作帶來(lái)巨大的壓力。另外,設(shè)備需要具有遠(yuǎn)程維護(hù)能力,如遠(yuǎn)程升級(jí),遠(yuǎn)程備份,遠(yuǎn)程啟動(dòng)等。對(duì)于變電機(jī)房、一般部署PTZ攝像機(jī),可聯(lián)動(dòng)溫感、煙感、水淹、門磁等探測(cè)器,對(duì)機(jī)房實(shí)施保護(hù),因此,編碼器或DVR的輸入輸出節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)目、聯(lián)動(dòng)功能都是需要考慮的。

(3) 二級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)

二級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)主要為鐵路局,不同于三級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)單獨(dú)的視頻采集和簡(jiǎn)單視頻瀏覽功能需求,二級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)存在大量的用戶,對(duì)本區(qū)段的視頻資源進(jìn)行調(diào)用、回放、PTZ控制等。通常,在路局節(jié)點(diǎn),一般設(shè)置多個(gè)客戶端工作站、存儲(chǔ)陣列、存儲(chǔ)服務(wù)器、流媒體服務(wù)器、解碼器、電視墻等終端,是系統(tǒng)真正的主干,也是應(yīng)用的核心。二級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)是視頻存儲(chǔ)和視頻流轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的核心環(huán)節(jié),通常采用大規(guī)模的集中存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備,如FC SAN和DAS等;而部署流媒體服務(wù)器實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)來(lái)自三級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)的視頻流向上轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)功能。

(4) 一級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)

一級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)是系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)核心節(jié)點(diǎn),注意是"數(shù)據(jù)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)",而不是應(yīng)用核心節(jié)點(diǎn)。一級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)一般在鐵道部的數(shù)據(jù)中心(或路局中心),相當(dāng)于平安城市的城市公安局指揮中心。一級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)會(huì)連接各個(gè)高鐵、鐵路的視頻系統(tǒng),并根據(jù)需要,可有選擇地調(diào)用、控制、回放各個(gè)鐵路線的視頻資源,一般設(shè)置中心管理服務(wù)器、工作站、歸檔備份服務(wù)器等。

15.1.4 高鐵視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)拓?fù)?/p>

典型高鐵視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)如圖15.2所示,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)基于網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)視頻的采集、編碼壓縮存儲(chǔ)、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)及虛擬矩陣的功能。攝像機(jī)采集到視頻信號(hào),通過(guò)同軸電纜連接到DVR或編碼器,實(shí)現(xiàn)視頻的采集、編碼壓縮和傳輸,PTZ攝像機(jī)的控制信號(hào)通過(guò)RS485進(jìn)行傳輸;編碼器將視頻流通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送到NVR進(jìn)行集中存儲(chǔ)備份;存儲(chǔ)服務(wù)器可以將DVR或NVR的視頻資料進(jìn)行歸檔備份;流媒體服務(wù)器可以在多個(gè)用戶并發(fā)訪問(wèn)時(shí)進(jìn)行視頻轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)而減少網(wǎng)絡(luò)及前端設(shè)備的壓力;解碼器與電視墻連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)視頻的集中大屏幕顯示。

另外,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)還需要與防災(zāi)系統(tǒng)、動(dòng)力、環(huán)境檢測(cè)等其他系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行必要的聯(lián)動(dòng)集成功能,其他系統(tǒng)可以以干接點(diǎn)或API接口的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)與視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的集成報(bào)警聯(lián)動(dòng)。相關(guān)系統(tǒng)報(bào)警發(fā)生后,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)接收到該告警信息,可按照預(yù)先設(shè)置好的聯(lián)動(dòng)程序,完成自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)錄像、改變錄像幀率或分辨率、告警視頻畫面自動(dòng)彈出、PTZ預(yù)置位調(diào)出、觸發(fā)繼電器輸出驅(qū)動(dòng)燈光、警鈴設(shè)備等動(dòng)作。
