為了進一步適應(yīng)新形勢下國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要，培養(yǎng)出應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型、高技能的國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)人才，我們組織了長期從事外貿(mào)英語專業(yè)教學、實踐和科研工作的雙師型教師，結(jié)合進出口業(yè)務(wù)實踐工作經(jīng)驗，編寫了這本實用型、應(yīng)用型教材《報關(guān)與國際貨運專業(yè)英語》。
本書立足于提高學生的整體素質(zhì)和綜合職業(yè)技能，特別是突出了培養(yǎng)學生實踐應(yīng)用能力為主線的高職高專及應(yīng)用型本科教育的特色，在認真總結(jié)"報關(guān)與國際貨運專業(yè)英語"課程教學的基礎(chǔ)上，力求闡述報關(guān)與國際貨運專業(yè)英語技能。本書實用性與知識性并重，結(jié)構(gòu)嚴謹，深入淺出。
本書涵蓋了國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)中的主要業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)，共分為五個單元：單元為國際貿(mào)易簡介；第二單元為報檢，涵蓋出入境檢驗檢疫概述，出入境檢驗檢疫的工作內(nèi)容、程序、流程，報檢單位，報檢員，出入境貨物報檢等內(nèi)容；第三單元為報關(guān)，涵蓋報關(guān)與海關(guān)管理、報關(guān)單位與報關(guān)員、海關(guān)監(jiān)管貨物及報關(guān)程序、減免稅貨物、暫準進出境貨物等內(nèi)容；第四單元為國際貨運，涵蓋國際貨運概述、國際海運業(yè)務(wù)、國際陸運業(yè)務(wù)、國際航空運輸業(yè)務(wù)、國際多式聯(lián)運業(yè)務(wù)、國際貨運物流業(yè)務(wù)等內(nèi)容；第五單元為外貿(mào)單證，涵蓋報檢單、報關(guān)單、海運單據(jù)、航空運單、保險單據(jù)等內(nèi)容。全書做到了內(nèi)容嚴謹，知識點。為了方便理解和課后的消化吸收，我們在每個單元后都編排了習題，做到"學"與"練"相結(jié)合，使讀者真正學以致用，對學習內(nèi)容有一個更深層次的理解與把握。
