《跨文化交流與溝通》共分十二章，分別論述了學(xué)習(xí)跨文化交流的重要意義、交流與文化、文化觀念、文化偏見、語言與文化、非語言交流、社會交往、人際關(guān)系、跨文化環(huán)境、跨文化能力、跨文化適應(yīng)以及跨文化訓(xùn)練。目的為幫助學(xué)生和讀者在跨文化交流與溝通中掌握相應(yīng)的技巧及提高相應(yīng)的能力。
《跨文化交流與溝通》綜合國內(nèi)外專家多年研究成果，對跨文化交流與溝通進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)論述。跨文化交際學(xué)始于美國，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化時(shí)代的到來，不同文化背景的人們之間交流日益頻繁，人們提升自身跨文化交流能力的需要日顯突出。
吳玉倫，男，漢族，1957年生，山東省蓬萊市人，中共黨員，現(xiàn)為沈陽師范大學(xué)國際商學(xué)院黨總支書記，教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師。主要研究方向?yàn)橛⒄Z教育、美國社會文化、西方禮儀及跨文化交流研究等。1982年1月畢業(yè)于沈陽師范學(xué)院外語系英語語言文學(xué)專業(yè)，同年留校任教。1996年5)q獲美國賓夕法尼亞州布魯姆斯堡大學(xué)英語教育專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。1994年評為副教授，1999年晉升為教授。先后出版了《美國社會文化》、《西方禮儀與文化》、《國際商務(wù)文化指南》、《跨文化管理》等多部著作，主持省級課題6項(xiàng)，在國內(nèi)外刊物上公開20多篇。
