本書系統介紹了作者自主研發的土地系統變化動力學與效應模擬的三層次結構模型的構架、模塊和原理。重點介紹了構成模型的三大模塊——基于CGELUC的區域土地利用結構預測、基于DLS的柵格尺度土地利用格局模擬、基于ESLP的土地系統變化效應評估模塊——的功能與應用。適用于土地利用與土地系統、區域環境變化、生態保育規劃等專業的研究者參考，同時也能為土地資源開發利用管理部門與環境保護部門提供借鑒。
